WHAT: Advertising agency Leo Burnett came to us as their client Swiss Life was looking to capture 100 of their employees the opportunity to understand and get to know their customers. The goal of the project was to put the customer at the centre of the business so that Swiss Life could understand the lives of their clients. Leo Burnett asked us to capture their daily lives and the meeting with the Swiss Life employees as they got to know their customers. This was gathered into an online internal website which greatly enhanced Swiss Life employees understanding of the lives, challenges and motivations of their customer group.
HOW: Using photographers from our European section of the Global Assignment roster we were able to fit our best story telling image makers to the individual case studies and arrange each individual assignment throughout the 12 month process. After every successful daily life was completed they were then presented as a completed case study here – 100 employees visit 100 customers
